“I've worked directly with Neeley at Cecil Soil Magazine, where she oversees all creative and publishing. I have to say she's one of the best project managers I've ever met, and simply a genius in her creative talent. Her attention to detail and focus are phenomenal—two of the biggest reasons why the magazine has enjoyed such success. It has been truly a pleasure to work with Neeley, and I recommend her services both as a graphic artist and as a project manager with publishing savvy.” — Apryl Parcher, Features Editor / Cecil Soil Magazine

“Neeley is a fantastic creative director. She is able to outline the needs and time line of each specific project clearly, yet she is also flexible and understanding if the need arises. Her juxtaposition of text and image is always eye-catching and compelling, and my respect for her talents has grown in the years I've worked with her.” — Maggie Creshkoff, Writer, Photographer / Back Porch Publications, LLC

"For some reason or another, God has always steered the best of souls into our lives. Carol and I credit them for putting into reality our vision of 'Down-to-Earth News for the Gentle People of Cecil County.' And at the top of this list is our Creative Director/Production Manager, Neeley Spotts. Neeley and I work together very well. There is genuine rapport between us, and at times it’s as though she can read my mind. She composes and lays out the entire magazine, designs highly professional display ads, and edits, writes and proofreads for us. She also does a beautiful job updating our web site, www.cecilsoilmagazine.com … she’s indispensable to us." — Ed Belote, Sr, Publisher / Back Porch Publications, LLC, Rising Sun, MD (as published in CSM)
